RETURNS + EXCHANGES for IN STORE + ONLINE PURCHASES
We at The Bay Tree, want to work with you if you are not happy with your items.
We can offer you either an exchange or store credit, based on the circumstances of your purchase order. Refunds will be made for online, faulty or damaged purchases only. We will honor the obligations under the Consumers Guarantees Act.
CONDITIONS OF RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Store credit - valid for 12 months.

14 day return + exchange period from purchase date.

All items returned must be in original condition, including original tags and packaging.

Proof of purchase must be provided - receipt or invoice.

We cannot accept returns on earrings, underwear or facemasks for hygiene reasons.
ONLINE PURCHASES
RETURNING CLOTHING + FOOTWEAR
For clothing and footwear item returns we offer an exchange, store credit or refund - excluding items on sale.
A Returns Form will be included in your parcel. Please fill this out if you wish to return an item.
NOTE: Clothing and footwear to be returned must include original tags and packaging, they must be unworn and unwashed. Refunds total the amount of the product, courier fees of original purchase are not included.
RETURNING FAULTY + DAMAGED
For returning faulty or damaged products, please pop in store or email us a photo of the fault or damage. We can then make an assessment of the fault or damage, and take action from here.
We will be able to provide an exchange, store credit or refund based on the outcome of assessment.

ONLINE SALE CONDITIONS
For online sale events - please note there are NO RETURNS, NO REFUNDS AND NO EXCHANGES.
If you purchase during an online sale event, please choose carefully. Once your purchase is complete, the product/s are yours.
IN STORE PURCHASES
GIFT VOUCHERS
In store gift vouchers are available for purchase. These are valid for 12 months from date of purchase. Visit us in store to purchase a gift voucher!

SHIPPING COSTS
We have calculated shipping on the current rates for each zone specified. Please select the zone that best represents your location.
